Role Description Chubb Risk Consultants are expected to conduct a specified number of inspections each month. This role requires balancing productivity with adherence to time service and product quality measurements while under close supervision of the direct reporting manager. The role serves as a technical resource for our underwriting team on a variety of personal security, loss prevention and collections management issues. Expanding expertise is conveyed to our policyholders and agents on-site and through successful execution of our consultative risk engineering and personalized reporting after each visit. This is a remote position that will require travel in the Philadelphia, PA metro area and surrounding territory. - Conduct in home inspections to determine accurate replacement costs, analyze risk acceptability, identify potential loss producing problems and identify reasonable loss mitigating solutions - Create risk inspection reports for use by underwriters, agents, and clients - Cultivate relationships with clients to learn more about their needs, as well as to effectively market Chubb products and to promote the inspection process as a demonstration of Chubb’s commitment to superior service - Articulate Chubb’s competitive advantages to clients and identify the need for additional insurance coverage based on the client’s possessions and lifestyle - Provide timely and flexible calendar availability in collaboration with scheduling coordinators to meet client service requirements - Understand risk characteristics inherent in the territory - Some overnight travel as needed Company Description Chubb is a world leader in insurance.
