We are looking for a Product Marketing Specialist to support inventory and channel go-to-market and collateral creation initiatives. You will define and execute strategies that drive adoption, retention, and awareness, cementing StackAdapt as a leader in inventory and channels. In this role you will report to a Senior Product Marketing Manager. StackAdapt is a remote-first company. What You’ll Do: - Audio and In-game GTM Leadership Own the go-to-market strategy for our audio and in-game channels. - Positioning and Messaging Develop clear and differentiated positioning and messaging for StackAdapt's solutions for key channels and inventory partners. - Market and Competitive Insight Lead market research and competitive analysis for the channels and identify opportunities, risks, and whitespace to refine StackAdapt's offering and narrative. - Launch and Lifecycle Management Plan and execute launches and enhancements that are specific to channel and inventory needs, from campaign tools and workflows to measurement, compliance, and data partners. - Cross Functional Collaboration Work closely with product, Inventory, Sales, Sales Enablement, Content, and Demand Generation to ensure tight alignment on strategy and priorities, including strong partnership with Inventory and sales teams. What You Will Need - 2-5+ Years in Product Marketing Experience in product marketing and content creation, ideally in adtech, martech, SaaS, or data driven products. - Programmatic and Digital Advertising Knowledge Solid understanding of programmatic buying, audience targeting, measurement, and how advertisers use digital channels across the funnel. - Entrepreneurial Mindset Comfort operating in a new and evolving function, with a bias to action, testing, and iterating to unlock growth. - Analytical and Strategic Thinking Ability to synthesize market trends, customer input, and performance data into clear recommendations that influence product and commercial decisions. - Collaboration Skills Proven success partnering with sales, product, and leadership to build alignment and deliver measurable business impact. Experience supporting specialized teams such as political or public sector is a plus. - Communication Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident building narratives for both internal stakeholders and external clients. - Experience Using Tools: Experience with tools including Slack, Highspot, Pendo, Asana, and Hubspot. The compensation range listed for this role reflects the expected base salary for candidates located in Ontario, Canada. It is informed by market data and the approved budget for this position. StackAdapt maintains different compensation ranges for roles across other countries and regions, and final offers will be aligned to the candidate’s current location. This range represents base salary only. Depending on the role, candidates may also be eligible for additional compensation such as annual bonuses, commissions, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits package. Factors Influencing Final Compensation: - The final compensation offer will be determined by a variety of factors, which may include, but are not limited to: the candidate's specific experience, technical skills, knowledge, abilities, and relevant education, licensure, and certifications. - Other business factors, such as organizational needs and budget alignment, may also be considered in the final offer. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and seven or more years of experience in a commercial lending environment. - Experience underwriting across multiple industries and asset types. - Knowledge of Equipment Leasing concepts is a plus. - Considered a SME for aligned industry, commercial credit and lending concepts, practices and regulations. - Advanced written and analytical skills to encompass an ability to analyze balance sheet structure, and income and cash flow trends. - Consistently demonstrates ability to make complex decisions and sound business judgments regarding business and lending activities. - Skilled in the analysis of financial statements, tax returns and cash flows of commercial & industrial companies. - Knowledge of financial statement spreading, including proficiency in preparing pro-forma statements within nCino, Moody's or other software packages. - Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills, to include structuring, negotiating, closing, maintenance, modifications and problem resolution. - PC proficiency with Word and Excel, including the use of system and user generated formulas, macros, charts, and tables. - Ability to research industry sources and equipment types needed for credit evaluations. - Strong organization skills with the ability to self-manage time and work flow to meet deadlines. - Ability to manage multiple projects at one time. - Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
