Epic Beacon Analyst

• Participate in Epic implementation activities, including workflow analysis, system design, application build, configuration, testing, and go-live support. • Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to translate workflows into effective Epic system design. • Support upgrades, enhancements, and optimization initiatives across Epic Beacon and Ambulatory modules. • Identify, evaluate, analyze, and recommend system improvements for assigned Epic applications. • Provide ongoing production support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for Beacon and Ambulatory applications. • Lead and/or coordinate application testing, including unit testing, integrated testing, and user acceptance testing. • Contribute to the development of training materials and assist with end-user training. • Maintain system documentation, configuration records, and workflow diagrams.

Job Requirements

  • At least 2–3 years of experience in one of the following areas: Healthcare operations (clinical, patient care, administrative, or revenue cycle), Information Technology, or Health Information Technology OR demonstrated competency in an Applications Analyst I role.
  • Current Epic Beacon Certification
  • Current Epic Ambulatory Certification OR willingness to travel to Epic training and obtain certification within 90 days of training completion

Job Description Summary The Growth & Portfolio Management Analyst will partner with the ATMRO Growth & Portfolio Management Leader and cross-functional teams to advance GE Aerospace’s growth objectives, including expanding shop visit capacity and scaling OE engine output. This role is a hands-on contributor responsible for building models, synthesizing data-driven insights, and preparing executive-ready materials to inform inorganic growth, portfolio analytics, and operational planning across the ATMRO network.
