• This position will offer you the opportunity to work in a project team environment in the design, modification, and/or upgrade of new and existing power plant electrical systems • Under the direction of the Electrical Project Lead, you will work with multi-disciplined engineering and design project teams in the development of the following: Single-line diagrams, Relay and metering diagrams, AC and DC schematic diagrams, Synchronizing diagrams, Point to point wiring diagrams, Cable schedules • You will produce electrical wiring drawings, and review and incorporate vendor drawings into the overall project design • There will be opportunities to accompany and assist in field walkdowns and data gathering at client facilities

• Assist with cabinet design software (e.g., 2020 Design) and draft floor plans • Prepare 3D renderings and visual presentations for client meetings • Support layout planning and space utilization • Contribute creative ideas to improve design quality and presentation • Obtain quotes for cabinetry, countertops, tile, plumbing, flooring, and other materials • Begin and update bid calculations, including square footage and material specifications • Assist designers with pricing and material selections • Create, maintain, and update project job books • Order project materials and track deliveries • Maintain organized project files and documentation • Stay current on product lines, materials, and finish trends • Maintain clear communication with designers, vendors, and clients • Coordinate with vendors regarding pricing, availability, and lead times • Support a collaborative, team-oriented work environment • Adapt to changing priorities and project timelines

• Able to take high-level direction of a client's needs to produce engaging interactive ads • Educate clients on best practices when creating interactive ads • Pitch and demo ad concepts in client facing meetings • Take ownership of projects from concept to delivery • Able to improvise on concepts with little to no creative assets • Solve problems creatively and be able to compromise without impacting the quality of work

• Develop and maintain detailed Building Information Models for projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project standards and specifications. • Prepare and update 3D models, drawings, and layouts using BIM software, coordinating with project teams to reflect design intent and changes. • Assist in clash detection, constructability reviews, drawing standardization, and quality assurance checks. • Collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders to integrate multidisciplinary design elements within the BIM environment. • Support the development and implementation of BIM workflows, standards, and best practices across projects. • Participate in client meetings and contribute to presentations by leveraging BIM visualizations and data. • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff on BIM tools and processes, promoting continuous improvement and innovation. • Implement A/E/C and other client standards into drawing packages.
