• Provide ServiceNow architecture and technical expertise for a federal client. • Provide strategic recommendations around technical best practices and industry trends. • Analyze and estimate the time required to design, develop, and implement the technical solutions. • Participate in requirements gathering meetings and provide inputs to the developers based on the requirements. • Analyze and evaluate business needs and translate those needs to the ServiceNow technology architecture. • Ensure and align organization goals to appropriate ServiceNow solutions to achieve business objectives. • Provide top-level business and technology architecture consultancy services to clients. • Support client technical deliverables including architecture and design documents. • Collaborate with a larger group of Business SMEs, solution, and technical architects to elevate technical direction for delivery of solutions.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in ServiceNow implementations, acting as a Solution Architect.
- 6+ years’ experience in the IT industry.
- 2+ years’ experience as a ServiceNow Architect; 5+ years’ experience with the ServiceNow platform.
- 2+ years of experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
- Extensive experience in ServiceNow Cloud Platforms and Architecture.
- Experience in the design and implementation of ServiceNow architecture, supporting software engineering and maximizing data processing.
- Strong communication and customer relationships skills at the executive level.
- Experience with continuous integration between ServiceNow modules.
