• Define and champion operational excellence across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to support scalable revenue growth • Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve and streamline the end-to-end revenue process from lead management through renewal and expansion • Partner with GTM leadership on revenue planning, forecasting, and strategic initiatives • Play a key role in sales planning activities including territory design, quota setting, pipeline reviews, and headcount modeling • Own and optimize the GTM technology stack, with a focus on Salesforce and the broader revenue ecosystem • Identify opportunities to automate and improve workflows, data quality, and reporting accuracy across revenue systems • Evaluate and govern new tools and technologies that support GTM performance and operational efficiency • Lead the development and implementation of AI-driven improvements across the GTM tech stack and revenue workflows • Maintain oversight of key revenue operations processes including deal desk support, pricing approvals, and sales compensation administration • Develop and manage reporting frameworks that provide visibility into pipeline health, conversion, retention, and revenue performance • Provide data-driven insights that help leadership evaluate performance and identify growth opportunities • Lead, mentor, and develop members of the Revenue Operations team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or similar roles within B2B SaaS or high-growth technology companies
  • 3–5 years of leadership experience managing teams or leading complex cross-functional initiatives
  • Deep expertise with Salesforce and the broader GTM technology ecosystem
  • Experience optimizing and scaling revenue processes across the full customer lifecycle
  • Strong understanding of SaaS revenue metrics including ARR, ACV, CAC, LTV, retention, and pipeline performance
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance leaders
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic insights
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A continuous growth-mindset, with a focus on learning, embracing challenges, and continuously improving.
