B2C Marketing Journey Developer

• Own the end-to-end development of automated marketing journeys, from initial build to ongoing optimization. • Translate campaign strategies into technical requirements and implement them within the internal MAP. • Ensure journeys are built to scale, with clean logic, efficient triggers, and robust error handling. • Conduct thorough testing and QA to ensure flawless execution across all customer touchpoints. • Work closely with marketing and data teams to integrate audience segments, triggers, and personalization logic. • Leverage SQL to query and manipulate data for journey logic, targeting, and reporting. • Monitor journey performance and identify opportunities for improvement in engagement, deliverability, and conversion. • Implement A/B testing within journey logic to enhance engagement and conversion results. • Implement updates and enhancements based on performance insights and stakeholder feedback. • Maintain documentation and internal resources to support journey transparency and scalability. • Serve as a technical partner to Marketing Managers, helping translate strategic goals into automated workflows. • Participate in planning sessions to align journey development with campaign timelines and business objectives. • Provide internal support and training to ensure teams understand journey capabilities and limitations.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience owning the development of marketing journeys within a Marketing Automation Platform (MAP).
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with complex data sets.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on QA, testing, and performance monitoring.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, data, and engineering teams.
- Familiarity with customer journey mapping, lifecycle marketing, and campaign automation best practices.
