This description is a summary of our understanding of the job description. Click on 'Apply' button to find out more. Role Description The Director of GTM Planning and Analytics at Temporal will play a pivotal role in architecting our global growth engine. This position sits at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Data, with primary responsibility for translating complex data into the strategic roadmap for our go-to-market (GTM) organization. You will be the lead architect for how we deploy our field teams, measure their success, and invest our next dollar for maximum leverage. Reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations, you will partner closely with Commercial and Finance leaders to build the foundational models that power our business — from headcount capacity and productivity to territory optimization and quota setting. You will also play a key role in powering the GTM operating cadence with insights, from weekly operational reporting to quarterly business reviews and board meetings. This role requires a blend of high-level strategic thinking, deep technical data expertise, and a strong understanding of both enterprise and product-led-growth motions. The ideal candidate is a seasoned operator who thrives in the "building" phase of a high-growth company. You are a master of data modeling who can also command a room of executives. As a Director at Temporal, you will have the opportunity to design GTM frameworks from the ground up, using best-in-class technologies while collaborating with a high-performance team dedicated to category-defining growth. What You’ll Do - Deliver high-quality analytical outputs, including quarterly business reviews (QBRs), productivity benchmarks, and data-driven recommendations for the executive team. - Partner closely with Finance and GTM leadership to lead the annual and semi-annual planning cycles, including the development and deployment of headcount models, territory design, and sales quotas. - Build and maintain sophisticated headcount and capacity models to ensure the GTM organization is staffed to hit aggressive revenue targets based on historical ramp times and attrition. - Design and optimize sales territories using data-driven methodologies to ensure equitable patch distribution and maximum market coverage across segments. - Partner closely with the Data team to design and deploy predictive models (e.g. account propensity) as well as more traditional business intelligence reporting. - Analyze the health of the sales pipeline and marketing funnel to identify leading indicators of growth and pinpoint potential bottlenecks in the customer journey. - Monitor and evaluate sales productivity performance over time, detecting trends in attainment and developing "what good looks like" profiles for various sales roles. - Conduct "white space" and TAM/SAM analyses to identify new vertical or geographic opportunities for expansion. - Communicate insights effectively to technical and non-technical audiences through clear visualizations and narratives, providing the data-backed backbone for Board-level and investor discussions. Qualifications - 8-10+ years of experience working in a highly analytical role focused on GTM planning, strategy, or analytics in a high-growth SaaS or infrastructure environment. - Strong foundation in operational modeling, statistical analysis, and quantitative reasoning within a B2B context. - Deep proficiency in SQL and the Salesforce ecosystem; familiarity with the modern GTM stack. - Experience working with modern data processing and query engines to extract insights from raw usage and behavioral data (e.g. AWS Athena). - Familiarity with key SaaS business metrics such as Magic Number, CAC Payback, LTV/CAC, and Net Revenue Retention (NRR). - Hands-on experience with territory management tools and quota-setting methodologies at scale. - A results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable improvements in sales velocity and rep attainment. - Ability to prototype complex models quickly in Excel or Google Sheets and transition them into scalable BI solutions. - Comfort operating in environments with imperfect data definitions, evolving metrics, and the need to make high-stakes decisions under uncertainty. - Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence executive-level stakeholders. - Curiosity and enthusiasm for uncovering the "why" behind the numbers through continuous experimentation and iteration. - Clear communicator who can explain complex strategic decisions and analytical insights in plain language, tailoring the message to the specific needs of the leadership team. Compensation - The estimated pay range for this role is $240,000 to $360,000. - This role is eligible to participate in Temporal’s equity plan. - Compensation ranges reflect salary and commission compensation (when applicable) across several geographic markets. - Employment offers carefully consider multiple factors, including prior experience, knowledge, expertise, skillset, market location, and job level assessed during the interview process. Benefits - Unlimited PTO, 12 Holidays + 2 Floating Holidays. - 100% Premiums Coverage for Medical, Dental, and Vision. - AD&D, LT & ST Disability, and Life Insurance (Standard & Supplemental Available). - Empower 401K Plan. - Additional Perks for Learning & Development, Lifestyle Spending, In-Home Office Setup, Professional Memberships, WFH Meals, Internet Stipend and more! Travel - Occasional travel may be required for company events, team offsites, and other meaningful moments that bring us together. Additional Perks - $3,600 / Year Work from Home Meals. - $1,800 / Year Professional Enrichment (Career Development & Professional Memberships). - $1,200 / Year Lifestyle Spending Account. - $1,000 / Year In-Home Office Setup (In addition to Temporal issued equipment - laptop, monitor, keyboard, mouse, trackpad, and extension power cable at no cost to you). - $74 / Month Reimbursement for Internet. - Calm App Subscription for Mental Health & Wellness.

This description is a summary of our understanding of the job description. Click on 'Apply' button to find out more. Role Description We are hiring a battle-tested CEO who has built, scaled, and operationalized a business—not just managed one. This is not a ceremonial or advisory role; it is for a hands-on operator who understands the mechanics of scaling revenue, installing accountability systems, and building the infrastructure required for measurable results. To be considered, you must have 10+ years of experience as a CEO with a proven track record of personally leading a business through the following growth stages: - From startup to $10M+ in revenue, OR - From $10M to $35M+ (and beyond). If you have not directly owned P&L and led revenue growth at this level for at least a decade, this role will not be a fit. What This Role Really Is: - Diagnosing & Correcting: Identifying operational bottlenecks and prescribing immediate fixes. - Driving Outcomes: Pushing owners to move past abstract strategy into concrete execution. - Enforcing Accountability: Holding firm owners to the KPIs and growth targets required to scale. A Day in the Life: - Conduct high-level 1:1 execution calls with up to 75 law firm owners. - Review revenue metrics, KPIs, marketing performance, and operational dashboards. - Identify breakdowns in the "machine" and prescribe corrective actions. - Document commitments and track measurable progress rigorously. - Respond to client communication within established white-glove service standards. - Participate in internal leadership sessions to align on scaling the HTM mission. Qualifications - 10+ years of experience as a CEO (Chief Executive Officer). - Proven Scale Record: Demonstrable success taking a company from $0→$10M or $10M→$35M+. - Direct P&L Ownership: Comprehensive responsibility for the bottom line. - Systems Architecture: Experience installing operational systems and data-driven dashboards. - Growth Mastery: Deep experience leading marketing and business development execution. - Industry Context: Background in law firm management, professional services, or high-growth entrepreneurial environments. Requirements - Think in terms of KPIs, margins, cash flow, and CAC. - Are comfortable confronting underperformance with radical candor. - Believe that "strategy" is worthless without a documented execution plan. - Prefer measurable outcomes over theoretical discussions. - Have a "lead from the front" mentality. Benefits - National Impact: Lead entrepreneurial law firm owners toward life-changing growth. - Remote Leadership: Executive-level role with the flexibility of a remote environment. - Proven Framework: Leverage a curriculum and system that is already successfully scaling firms. - High-Accountability Culture: Work with a team that values results as much as you do. If you are an execution-focused leader who thrives on accountability and enjoys helping business owners follow through on what matters most, this role will challenge and reward you. Apply only if you are ready to lead from the front and deliver real results. Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice. At this time, we are only able to hire new employees in the following states: AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, MD, MI, NC, NJ, NY, PA, TX, VA, WA. HTM provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
