Role Description We’re looking for a Product Designer who loves turning complex workflows into clean, usable interfaces. This role is heavily Figma-driven and focused on shipping real product, not decks or theory. You’ll work across both internal ops tools (think admin dashboards, approvals, logistics) and external product surfaces, partnering closely with PMs, engineers, and our VP of Brand & Marketing to design experiences that are functional, scalable, and polished. This is a great role for someone early-to-mid in their career who wants real ownership, strong mentorship, and the opportunity to grow into more responsibility over time. What you’ll do - Design high-fidelity UI in Figma for web-based products - Create and maintain components and design systems - Translate product requirements into clear user flows and screens - Design for complex, operational workflows (admin tools, dashboards, approvals) - Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers from concept → launch - Iterate quickly based on feedback and real product constraints - Ensure designs are clean, functional, and scalable across products - Experience with prototyping tools like Lovable and/or Figma Make is a plus Qualifications - 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar - Strong Figma skills (components, auto-layout, variants, etc.) - Solid understanding of UX fundamentals, especially for data-dense or ops tools - Ability to think through edge cases and system behavior - Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment - Clear communicator who collaborates well with PMs and engineers - Portfolio showing real product work, not just marketing pages Requirements - No heavy user research or interview programs - Not a graphic or marketing design role - Not illustration- or motion-focused - Not a pure UX theory role Design style & expectations - Clean, modern, Stripe-ish aesthetic - Strong emphasis on clarity, hierarchy, and usability - Comfort designing functional, ops-driven software (not just consumer flows) Team & structure - You’ll work closely with Product Managers and our VP of Brand - There is an existing Head of Design providing guidance and direction - This is an individual contributor role (no people management) Logistics & compensation - Full-time, remote - Must overlap with U.S. working hours
