• Responsible for the UX design strategy for the New Markets team, which is building iOS, Android, and web applications for entering a new industry • Quickly and thoroughly create design artifacts, systems, and prototypes • Distill complex ideas into intuitive UX workflows • Participate in discovery and design activities to solve customer needs in creative new ways • Partner with product management and engineering to ideate, design, and bring products to life

• Own and optimize the enrollment flow; • Take full ownership of the web enrollment experience end-to-end; • Run iterative design cycles focused on conversion, usability, and accessibility; • Translate data insights and user feedback into meaningful design improvements; • Work closely with your PM, Tech Lead, and across all Sword GMs as part of a tight-knit team; • Partner with engineering to ensure smooth handoff; • Align with other Growth designers to maintain consistency across the acquisition funnel; • Support and evolve organism-level components within the design system; • Balance speed of delivery with scalable, reusable solutions; • Embrace a test-and-learn mindset - this product is never done; • Use AI tools thoughtfully to accelerate your workflow where it makes sense; • Stay curious about what's working, what's not, and why.

• Design user flows, wireframes, and UI designs for web-based products • Work directly with clients to understand their vision • Participate in discovery processes • Evaluate different design approaches and propose solutions • Showcase UX/UI work through a strong portfolio

• Collaborates with the Business Partner, Director of Project Delivery, and Project Managers to maintain a portfolio of capital projects. • Engages with Delivery Team and Business Unit leadership to develop complete project scope and goals that are client-focused, fiscally conscious, and efficient spatially. • Requests and analyzes client data to inform and substantiate a design solution. • Prepares site/massing diagrams for conceptualization. • Meets with the Authority Having Jurisdiction alongside the external vendor. • Facilitates design iterations per task orders, advising where changes may result in additional fees. • Ensures client understanding of contract documents and scoping for client sign-off. Leverages and encourages Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, and mock-ups as necessitated and allowable within the budget. • Reviews architectural and engineering documents at each stage. • Reports schedule and budget targets; escalates risks. • Updates project notes and tasks in management platforms. • Executes change management for special requests. • Encourages design innovation and documents best practices. • Performs pre- and post-occupancy evaluations and reports findings. • Collaborates with FFE Specialist for coordination of finishes and schedules.
