Brocade SAN Migration Consultant

• Provide subject-matter expertise in fibre channel networking concepts and technologies specific to implementing and migrating to a Brocade SAN environment. • Work remote and onsite with the Customer’s technical staff. • Recommend, validate and deploy new features and platforms in the Brocade SAN. • Partner effectively with Brocade Sales and Pre-Sales teams. • Identify pre-requisites for successful delivery and assist with technical project planning. • Efficient delivery of consulting services specific to the items specified as objectives within a Statement of Work (SOW). • Perform Subject Matter Expert duties related to projects and products related to the Brocade Software Networking portfolio. • Provide regular status reporting on projects and/or residencies. • Act as the primary technical resource remote and onsite, supporting both proactive and reactive needs related to engagements. • Develop professional and technical skills in support of business initiatives.
Job Requirements
- BS or MS in Engineering required.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in a senior client-facing role at a technology company.
- Proven hands-on experience with Brocade SAN products and environments.
- Experience managing large, complex fabric environments.
- Demonstrate the ability to identify hardware and software issues by analyzing system logs and error reports– both onsite and remote.
- Strong understanding of Fibre Channel protocols, SAN architecture, and best practices.
- Completed Brocade Educational trainings.
- Holds Brocade Certifications.

Due to high volume and incomplete migration of historical backup files, the team is seeking temporary administrative resources to support invoicing preparation, backup support, and documentation. This role is critical to ensuring accurate, timely invoicing by pulling timesheet and expense backup from legacy systems, organizing supporting documentation, and assisting with client‑specific invoice requirements. The team is currently overwhelmed, and speed of onboarding is a top priority. Key Responsibilities - Retrieve timesheet and expense backup documentation from the legacy system - Support the first invoicing cycle by organizing and validating supporting documentation - Pull detailed hour data as needed, export to Excel, and create pivot tables for attachment to invoices - Assist with the creation and standardization of invoicing templates - Support client‑specific invoicing requirements (some long‑tenured clients require invoices in specific formats) - Merge documents, manage PDFs, and ensure all backup is complete and audit‑ready - Follow documented procedures and step‑by‑step instructions accurately in a high‑volume environment Additional Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - Experience supporting invoicing or billing processes (administrative or project accounting support level) - Experience utilizing ERP accounting software - Heavy use of Excel, PDFs, and legacy system data pulls - Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow written procedures accurately - Strong Excel proficiency, including: Pivot tables, Grouping and sorting data, Subtotaling, & VLOOKUP - Comfortable working with PDFs and Adobe tools - Ability to perform repetitive, manual tasks with a high level of accuracy - Strong organizational and documentation skills - Ability to ramp up quickly with minimal training Work Environment - This position is remote, operating on EST hours from 8 AM to 5 PM.
