Technical PeopleSoft Administrator

• Configure and maintain PeopleSoft production, development, test and staging environments and instances • Configure and maintain Oracle PeopleSoft Internet Architecture: WebLogic, Application Server and Process Scheduler (Tuxedo) on Oracle RDBMS. • Exercise responsibility for the preparation and implementation of server updates and patches; audit logs, and data backups and logs; verify operating system and Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) software Security and Development • Assist in the performance of application codes security reviews and perform associated code updates. • Setup and maintain Integration Broker for Enterprise Messaging service interfaces. • Configure and maintain authentication for users, using WebLogic in conjunction with custom-developed PeopleCode • Design and maintain Web interface-Home and Reference pages, including content and branding • Perform periodic PeopleSoft application environment refreshes • Perform PeopleSoft project migration to Production system and maintain migration procedures to ensure change control • Lead and implement system upgrades of PeopleTools, and updates, bundles and upgrades to the PeopleSoft application(s) • Document and communicate project activities to the manager on a regular basis
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as Oracle PeopleSoft Administrator
- 3+ years of experience as the lead of a Technical Team
- Knowledge of, and experience with, PeopleSoft Applications (9.2 platform) and PeopleTools 8.59 and higher, three-tier architecture
- Knowledge of, and experience with, the process of installing applications
- Understanding of database structures and data base access methodologies
- Basic understanding of client/server, internet, intranet and mainframe systems
- Understanding of data presentation and reporting methodologies
- Understands project plans and project management methodologies. Experience with Microsoft Project a plus.
- Analytical skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or related work experience.
- Certified Oracle PeopleSoft Administrator
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and U.S. based.

About the Job: LaunchDarkly is seeking a strategic, highly operational Senior Director, People Operations to lead and scale the systems, tools, analytics, and programs that enable our global People organization to meet the business critical needs of the Company. This leader partners closely with Company leaders, the People Leadership team and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business priorities into scalable People Operations solutions. In this role you will lead a high-performing team responsible for HRIS and people technology, analytics and reporting, onboarding and lifecycle operations, and programs and processes that deliver exceptional outcomes throughout the employee journey. Responsibilities: - Own the People Operations strategy and operating model across systems, programs, analytics, and service delivery for a fast-growing distributed, global workforce.
