Business Development Manager – Mountain
Wavelynx
• Build relationships with key business leaders to identify growth opportunities and drive new business development. • Identifies and analyzes customer preferences to properly direct sales efforts. • Consult with potential customers to understand their needs; identify and suggest equipment, products, or services to meet them. • Become an expert in Wavelynx’s products and services to educate the market on solutions and articulate the Wavelynx value proposition. • Work with customers to tailor solutions using Wavelynx products. • Review and analyze sales and operational records and reports; use data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets. • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, related field, or a comparable record of sales leadership experience is required.
- At least 5 years of sales experience is required, with experience in access control or the security industry or SaaS sales preferred.
- Previous experience in building a sales function for a product line desired.
- Proven ability to deliver on revenue targets.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
