Role Description Impact Advisors is seeking a dynamic and motivated Strategy & Operations Managing Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be a key leader supporting healthcare organizations in advancing Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) initiatives, physician enterprise performance, and operational transformation efforts. You will lead complex initiatives that improve clinical and operational performance, strengthen physician engagement, and drive measurable outcomes through strong program and project management. Responsibilities - Lead and support initiative teams delivering improvements for healthcare clients through data analytics, operational process improvement, and structured project management. - Manage and execute complex client initiatives related to Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI), physician enterprise performance, and clinical operations. - Drive project management rigor across engagements, including workplan development, milestone tracking, stakeholder alignment, and issue resolution. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical and administrative leaders, including physician leaders, CDI teams, and hospital executives. - Oversee and coordinate day-to-day project activities to ensure initiatives are delivered efficiently, on time, and aligned with client objectives. - Develop and implement performance metrics and analytics to evaluate the success of CDI programs, physician enterprise operations, and related healthcare strategies. - Translate complex data and operational insights into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership. - Identify new business opportunities, contribute to proposal development, and support growth of the Strategy & Operations practice. Qualifications - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required. - Experience working with Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI), physician enterprise operations, or related clinical operational initiatives within healthcare systems, physician groups, or consulting environments. - Demonstrated experience leading complex healthcare projects or programs, including coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing multiple stakeholders. - Authorized to work in the US. Requirements - Experienced consultant leader focused on solving complex operational and clinical performance challenges for healthcare clients. - Strong project and program management skills, with the ability to organize complex initiatives, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery. - Designer and lead executor of data analytics, capable of developing analysis approaches, coaching colleagues, and translating insights into strategic narratives for senior management. - Experience collaborating with physician leaders, CDI teams, and health system executives to drive operational and clinical performance improvements. - Ability to prioritize client relationships, building trust and guiding organizations toward effective and sustainable outcomes. - Growth mindset with a willingness to expand and develop talents within a rapidly growing team.
