Role Description What You'll Be Doing: - Strategic Partner to VP, Forward Deploy - Translate organizational priorities into structured initiatives and execution plans. - Drive cross-functional alignment across GTM, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success via programs, metrics and scale. - Act as a force multiplier by independently advancing high-priority initiatives. - Build & Scale Operating Systems - Design and implement delivery operating rhythms (forecasting, capacity planning, utilization tracking). - Improve margin performance through data-informed staffing and planning. - Define and operationalize processes across onboarding, staffing models, delivery methodology, and tooling. - Lead Cross-Functional Programs - Own strategic initiatives (e.g., delivery framework redesign, ES packaging, staffing model evolution). - Form and lead working groups with clear charters and timelines. - Identify structural inefficiencies and propose solutions grounded in business impact. - Build Content & Enablement - Create scalable internal documentation and playbooks. - Standardize processes without over-bureaucratizing. - Develop training and rollout materials for new systems or workflows. - Build for Scale - Own programs that strengthen the delivery system (onboarding, staffing models, tooling, methodology). - Drive long-range improvements that reduce friction and increase consistency. - Establish repeatable operating rhythms that enable managers to succeed. Qualifications - 8+ years in GTM Strategy, Professional Services Ops, Revenue Ops, or similar. - Deep familiarity with SaaS Professional Services models (utilization, margin, staffing). - Experience leading operational rollouts (systems, frameworks, process redesign). - Strong executive communication skills — can draft strategy memos and present clearly. - Highly structured thinker who can move from ambiguity to action. - Comfortable operating independently in high-growth environments. - You don’t just track KPIs — you build the system that drives them. Requirements - $200,000 - $220,000 a year - Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate location, experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above. - Total compensation package does include stock options, benefits and additional perks. Role Description The Assistant Program Officer will be a member of LISC’s Strategy & Operations team and will be responsible for the administration of LISC’s Impact Matrix. Launched in 2022, this tool uses a data-informed approach to refine how LISC incorporates impact into LISC’s loan process. The matrix leverages existing quantitative and qualitative data collected during LISC’s underwriting process. This position will be responsible for using the matrix to assess the impact rating of all loans that go through the credit approval process. This position will also provide project management and administrative support for the Strategy and Operations Department and CEO-related initiatives that involve the Strategy & Operations Department and Chief of Staff. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Strategy & Impact support - Support strategy team initiatives, particularly those focused on impact metrics, including working across teams on streamlined impact reporting and supporting Impact Matrix realignment. - Coordinate with local offices and national programs to ensure strategic plan alignment and increased collaboration. - Administer Impact Matrix, including rating loans that come for approval and preparing Impact Matrix materials for presentation at Credit Committee. - Help draft internal and external presentations on impact metrics at LISC, including analyzing data and preparing meeting materials. - Liaise across LISC departments (Lending, Finance, Communications, Local Offices, affiliates, etc.) to promote engagement on impact metrics and to enhance coordination in LISC’s ESG and impact reporting. - Team support - Provide project management and administrative support including meeting scheduling, note taking, and follow up task management for key Strategy & Operations team priorities, including cross-departmental process improvement efforts, NISOP (LISC's new initiative intake process), Strategic and Annual Plan projects, and additional projects as assigned. - Support Chief of Staff on special projects and administrative duties as assigned. - Work on special projects and perform all other duties as assigned.
