BenefitHub does not currently offer H-1B Sponsorship Position Summary The Software Go-To-Market (GTM) Project Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the successful planning, launch, and adoption of software products within the BenefitHub platform. This role owns cross-functional execution across the full go-to-market lifecycle — from initial planning through launch and post-launch optimization, ensuring products are delivered on time, with quality, and with strong organizational alignment. Partnering closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Technology teams, the GTM Project Manager serves as the operational driver of product commercialization and execution. This role requires strong project leadership, disciplined execution, and the ability to influence without authority in a fast-paced, Agile environment. Key Responsibilities Go-To-Market Planning & Execution - Partner with Product Management, Marketing, and Sales to define and execute go-to-market strategies that support successful product launches. - Translate launch strategy into actionable project plans with clear milestones, dependencies, and deliverables. - Manage execution across multiple concurrent workstreams to ensure launch readiness and organizational alignment. Project Leadership & Cross-Functional Coordination - Develop and maintain detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies. - Serve as the central point of coordination across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Technology teams. - Lead recurring project meetings, ensuring accountability, clarity of ownership, and timely delivery of commitments. Stakeholder Communication & Visibility - Provide consistent, clear updates on project status, risks, dependencies, and key decisions. - Ensure stakeholders have visibility into launch readiness, progress against milestones, and emerging risks. - Escalate issues appropriately and facilitate resolution across teams. Launch Readiness & Quality Assurance - Oversee final launch readiness activities, including testing validation, stakeholder approvals, and release coordination. - Partner with Product and Technology teams to ensure launches meet defined quality, business, and customer expectations. - Identify potential launch risks early and drive mitigation plans to keep delivery on track. Delivery Operations & Continuous Improvement - Manage task-level execution by identifying required activities, assigning ownership, and tracking progress against milestones. - Maintain project plans and documentation, ensuring overdue or at-risk items are clearly communicated. - Track and report on project KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. - Continuously refine processes and best practices to improve execution efficiency and predictability. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. - 5+ years of project management experience, ideally supporting software GTM, product launches (Product Marketing), release management, or commercialization efforts. - Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives to completion without direct authority. - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, software development lifecycles, and GTM frameworks. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. - Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, and similar platforms. - PMP, Agile, or related certifications are a plus.
