Key Responsibilities - Provide functional support for Workday Core HCM, Talent, Recruiting, Compensation, and Learning modules. - Configure and maintain HR business processes in Workday, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and best practices. - Configure and maintain security roles, including domain security, and system setup. - Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to understand requirements and implement system solutions. - Build advanced reports, dashboards, and calculated fields to provide actionable HR insights and support decision-making. - Provide resolutions to HR Team inquiries, questions, and problems via Jira ticket queues, ensuring timely and accurate responses. - Participate in biannual Workday release testing and implement system updates, ensuring new features are configured and adopted effectively. - Participate in testing cycles for other system updates, enhancements, and new functionality. - Document processes, configurations, and workflows. - Support end users with troubleshooting, guidance, and training materials. - Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and reconciliations. - Stay up to date with Workday updates, best practices, and HR technology trends. Qualifications (Required): - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. - 2–5 years of experience supporting or administering Workday HCM. - Functional knowledge of Core HCM, Talent, Recruiting, Compensation, and Learning modules. - Experience configuring and maintaining HR business processes in Workday. - Knowledge of Workday domain security and experience configuring security roles. - Experience building advanced Workday reports and dashboards to support HR operations and analytics. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. - Effective communication and collaboration abilities. - Qualifications (Preferred): - Workday certification(s) in Core HCM, Talent, Recruiting, Compensation, or Learning. - Experience with Workday Security or Integrations (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors). - Experience with Workday Docs and Docs for Layouts.
