Senior Salesforce Administrator

• Work on large implementations of new processes and integrated systems following designs proposed by an Architect. • Partner with our Program Excellence Team to capture requirements directly from the business, propose and then build end-to-end solutions using the declarative features for Salesforce. • Work with team members to ensure solutions are meeting the needs of the business. • Use advanced formulas, validation rules, and Flows, to create solutions that improve our processes. • Manage user configuration, roles, profiles, sharing rules, and permission sets. • Deploy user stories through a CI/CD tool called Copado, including validation and smoke testing. • Help manage Salesforce CPQ, DocuSign, Impartner, Outreach.io, Conga, and other integrated tools to improve user efficiency. • Create documentation for internal processes and system configuration. • Perform individual record and bulk data updates to ensure data integrity. • Assist less experienced administrators learn Salesforce technologies and implement best practices.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce system administrator
- 3+ years of experience with other connected applications such as Outreach.Io, DocuSign, etc.
- Experience working directly with stakeholders in multiple departments to review requirements.
- Desire to embrace new technology, applications, and solutions.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced and agile company with the ability to manage changing requirements.
- B.A. degree preferred or equivalent industry experience/ salesforce experience.
