Integrations Consultant
MaintainX
• Lead integration projects from initiation to completion, ensuring project timelines and milestones are met. • Collaborate with clients to define and adhere to project scope, objectives, and deliverables. • Assess client systems and requirements to design effective integration solutions. • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions during the integration process. • Apply technical skills to provide expert integration advice on how to best utilize our Open REST APIs. • Create and present detailed, actionable integration plans that enable both MaintainX and our customers to understand and execute on the full scope of our integration processes. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during integration projects. • Maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and support. • Train client personnel on how to use integrated systems effectively. • Work with the MaintainX Integration, Engineering, and Product teams to prioritize and discuss customer needs. • Work directly with Sales Engineers, Solution Architects, and Integration Developers to translate client requirements. • Work closely with third-party solution integrators to communicate client requirements and manage integration projects.
Job Requirements
- Experience in technical consulting. This may include, but is not limited to, prior roles in solutions architecture, sales engineering, product management, or software development.
- An ability to understand how to organize and consolidate customers’ data in various formats and from various source applications.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in programming languages (JavaScript), APIs, and data transformation.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Detail and process-oriented, with the ability to manage projects spanning external and internal stakeholders.
- Critical thinking mindset and scrappy enough to think on your feet for customers.
- Excellent written, verbal and client-facing communication skills.
- Experience with Integration Tools such as Workato, Boomi, Tray.io and/or Zapier.

• Educate dental offices on policies, procedures, and value-based programs via phone, email, webinars, and in-office visits • Promote technology adoption including web portal functionality, electronic claims submission, and EFT options • Support onboarding of new providers and re-credentialing processes, ensuring accurate data, directory updates, and timely activation • Conduct training sessions and webinars; serve as SME on company tools, portals, and engagement processes • Manage team SharePoint and internal resource sites; maintain updated link libraries, acronyms, and definition pages for Provider Partners • Create and maintain dashboards to track provider engagement metrics and outcomes • Generate leadership reports and monthly summaries highlighting performance, network status, and key initiatives • Submit AP requests, Committee submissions, and vendor oversight tracking (Trachmar, Veritas, etc.) • Maintain communication templates, newsletters, FAQs, quick reference guides, and provider notifications with appropriate approvals (DMX, client, and compliance) • Prepare and distribute provider scorecards, performance summaries, and compliance updates where applicable • Coordinate internal and client-facing projects by creating project plans, maintaining timelines, recording notes, and following up on deliverables • Track new business implementations and network loads, including opt-outs, amendments, and provider terminations • Participate with initiatives, ensuring materials, ORMs, and communications are validated and timely • Support implementation of new tools and systems, serving as a super user or trainer for new software/hardware rollouts • Partner with marketing and communications to align materials across all markets for consistency and professional presentation • Run and validate reports to maintain provider directories, GeoAccess, and network validation compliance • Perform Excel-based comparisons, file merges, and network analyses to identify disruptions, gaps, or discrepancies • Maintain tracking logs for provider notifications, trainings, and regulatory deliverables • Ensure compliance with all policies, CMS, and state contractual requirements including annual provider compliance trainings • Develop and facilitate team training on dashboards, reporting, purchasing, vendor management, and provider communications • Lead and coordinate internal engagement efforts (holiday events, team meetings, SME presentations, etc.) to promote collaboration
• Guide energy teams in identifying, evaluating, and implementing energy efficiency activities in commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities • Help program participants apply the principles of continuous improvement to energy management through group workshops and individual coaching
