About the role The Client Services Manager is responsible for developing and implementing service strategies by leading the assessment of the customer's procurement pipeline timeline, project goals, quantifying PV and Energy Storage offerings that Anza can deliver through the Anza platform to achieve positive business outcomes and ensuring the completion of portfolio pipeline to drive successful and returning clients. The Client Services Manager directly impacts customer satisfaction through managing relationships, follow-through, and problem-solving to deliver a polished and reliable client experience for our Advisory Services division.
