Strategic Partnership Senior Relationship Manager The AAM Strategic Partnership Relationship Manager is a senior role responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives and partnerships across strategic partner firms for AAM’s Asset Management Solutions and Capital Markets businesses and engaging with all or some Strategic Partner Firms: Wires, Regional B/Ds, Independents, Enterprise RIAs, Private Banks, TAMPs, Custodians and others. The Strategic Partnership Relationship Manager will: - Develop and enhance relationships with Strategic Partner Firms, contributing to the visibility and growth of AAM’s diversified product solutions. - Interact with team members across AAM and SLC Sales, Product, Portfolio Management and Marketing to develop and contribute to achieving strategic goals. - Gather partner intelligence, support strategic partnership planning efforts, and identify growth opportunities. - Represent AAM at partner conferences and industry events to drive name recognition and strategy awareness ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: - Primary point of contact for assigned Strategic Partners; drive AAM recognition as a trusted solutions provider; manage ongoing relationship management and development - Accountable for building and strengthening relationships with Centers of Influence and increasing visibility of AAM and its investment solutions. - Identify and develop opportunities to ensure product placement across platforms, recommended lists, and model portfolios - Prospect and launch new Strategic Partner firm relationships while coordinating internally - Present a variety of investment strategies in a way that is easily understood - Communicate AAM capabilities and value proposition - Create and support the execution of strategic initiatives - Create, and maintain business plans, presentations, and internal reports for strategic partner relationships - Contribute to executive presentations - Coordinate with Sales, Product and Marketing teams to support advisor education campaigns and product awareness initiatives - Participate in team meetings, strategy discussions, and cross-functional planning sessions to contribute insights on business line growth - Collaborate internally to coordinate partner firm onboarding, transitions, and tracking - Create and maintain partner firm information in Salesforce and other internal systems - Drive AAM and investment partner brand recognition as thought leaders of intellectual capital - Perform other job-related duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization - Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and the ability to exercise sound judgment, make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses - High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation - Knowledge of markets and investment strategies - Understanding of TAMPs, Wires, Regional and Independent B/Ds.
