Responsibilities: - Plan, launch, and optimize CRM campaigns for VIP and high-value player segments; - Manage the full lifecycle of VIP CRM campaigns: segmentation, communication setup, launch, monitoring, and post-campaign analysis; - Support development of personalized VIP player journeys and engagement scenarios to improve retention and reduce churn; - Monitor performance of VIP CRM activities and provide insights and recommendations based on key metrics (LTV, NGR, retention, ROI); - Work with CRM tools and automation platforms to implement targeted campaigns and bonuses; - Contribute to optimization of VIP bonus usage while maintaining performance efficiency; - Collaborate with VIP Account Management, Analytics, and Product teams to improve player engagement and campaign effectiveness. Requirements: - 2+ years of CRM experience within the iGaming industry (Casino and/or Sportsbook); - Experience working with VIP or high-value player segments; - Strong analytical mindset and understanding of CRM and marketing performance metrics; - Hands-on experience with CRM automation platforms and campaign management; - Experience with segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign performance analysis; - English proficiency at B2 level or higher; - Strong execution skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Role Description The Manager, Customer Success is a highly execution-focused leader responsible for driving the day-to-day performance of Tapcheck’s Customer Success organization.
