This position is remote. This position is responsible for: Supports The Salvation Army’s mission by identifying, engaging, and stewarding new, current, and lapsed donors through local, data-informed, and relationship-centered strategies in the Louisiana and South MS area. Key Responsibilities: Creates an acquisition strategy for each managed location (Corps, Area Command, Service Unit) and develops a plan to achieve it. Stewards re-engaged donors identified through Direct Mail Campaigns based on the average gift of newly acquired donors. Develops timely and accurate data and reporting. Works to effectively and consistently communicate with and steward donors and prospective donors—both directly and indirectly, including but not limited to phone, email, and mail—to advance their onboarding, moves management, affinity, allegiance, and support. Pulls lists of high-potential lapsed donors (both digital and direct mail) and develops and executes re-engagement strategies. Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: Duties are usually performed seated. Sitting may be relieved by brief or occasional periods of standing or walking. Travel throughout the division is required. Work is performed in a normal office environment where there are little or no physical discomforts associated with changes in weather or discomforts associated with noise, dust, dirt, and the like.
