• Develop, execute, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test suites for data platforms and applications • Perform data validation and testing using complex SQL queries across multiple systems, including modern cloud data platforms • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios • Conduct end-to-end testing of data workflows, APIs, backend systems, and reporting tools • Identify, document, and track defects and issues with clear reproduction steps and impact analysis • Support regression, integration, and performance testing across multiple platforms • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, testing tools, and quality assurance strategies • Participate in agile ceremonies and support quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Design, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end test automation using Playwright with TypeScript, targeting Salesforce UI flows and web integrations. • Extensively test Salesforce applications including custom objects, Lightning Components, Flows, Apex logic, assignment rules, and process automations. • Validate Salesforce integrations across systems, APIs, middleware, and data pipelines. • Build scalable and maintainable automation suites for regression, smoke, and integration testing specifically tailored to Salesforce deployments. • Collaborate with developers, Salesforce engineers, and product teams to define test strategies, acceptance criteria, and cross‑platform validation steps. • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support rapid deployments to sandboxes and production. • Debug issues, triage automation failures, and continuously improve the reliability of Salesforce testing frameworks. • Set up, manage, and validate Salesforce scratch orgs and sandbox environments to ensure consistency across QA environments.

• The QA Specialist IV External Quality Assurance (ExQA) role is responsible for the overall quality of biologic products and directly involved with CMO oversight of drug substance, sterile drug product and finished product manufacturing. • The individual is responsible for assuring compliance with current good manufacturing practices and regulatory compliance requirements and ensuring products, materials and services are procured, released and monitored via established systems. • Primary Quality point of contact for CMOs. • Ensures timely Quality review/approval of CMO deviations, change controls and batch release requirements and integrates these records into Partner Therapeutics’ (“PTx”) cGMP systems. • Ensures timely Quality review/approval of documents required to support technology transfer. • Responsible for the development, continuous improvement, coordination and ensuring compliance for all Quality aspects of the lifecycle stages of CMO Management. • Acts as a liaison between Quality Assurance, Regulatory, and our CMO partners in providing compliance oversight for regulatory submissions supporting technology transfer/existing CMO production, ensuring timely Quality review/approval of required regulatory documents. • Oversees change control implementations at CMOs, including timely Quality review/approval of documents and coordinating impact assessments from Subject Matter Experts. • Supports PTx Regulatory Intelligence role in the development and implementation of updates affecting CMO operations. • Supports PTx inspection readiness for CMO activities in alignment with good manufacturing practices, regulatory compliance requirements and current industry standards, including inspection walkthrough and preparedness activities, response management, and tracking. • Supports the other departmental responsibilities, including post market surveillance, product quality complaint investigations, and product labeling. • Supports/coordinates cGMP investigations for drug and finished product, CMO deviations, and integration into appropriate PTx Northpointe Quality Systems.

• Evolve and execute the quality strategy across multiple engineering teams, shaping QA’s role throughout the delivery lifecycle. • Define and refine planning processes and quality gates to ensure requirements translate into robust, risk-based test coverage before code ships. • Shape and advocate for modern testing approaches (exploratory, automation, monitoring), embedding quality thinking into development workflows. • Own and operationalize quality metrics (e.g., ESC/MAU, bugs per week, regressions, change failure rate), using data to identify systemic patterns, hotspots, and guide quality investments. • Analyze incidents, bugs, and post-mortems to uncover root causes and drive prevention strategies, not just symptom fixes. • Create actionable reporting and dashboards that provide visibility to engineering leadership and inform organizational priorities. • Mentor and coach QA engineers, setting high standards for their role and supporting their growth from reactive testers to strategic quality partners. • Partner with engineering teams to modernize test automation, enable continuous delivery, and accelerate safe, confident releases. • Champion the adoption of AI and automation tools to streamline QA processes, shape test plans, and analyze quality patterns.
