• Configuring D365 HR modules, including personnel management, benefits, compensation, and leave • Utilizing Power Automate and workflow tools to automate HR tasks • Managing data migration, functional testing, and system integration

• Build secure, repeatable data ingestion and transformation pipelines. • Implement data cleansing rules and produce auditable, reproducible outputs. • Establish Import/export patterns, handling data extracts, schema discovery, incremental loads, handling multiple source instances. • Strong ability to interpret and apply geographical context in data processing pipelines.

• Develop, execute, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test suites for data platforms and applications • Perform data validation and testing using complex SQL queries across multiple systems, including modern cloud data platforms • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios • Conduct end-to-end testing of data workflows, APIs, backend systems, and reporting tools • Identify, document, and track defects and issues with clear reproduction steps and impact analysis • Support regression, integration, and performance testing across multiple platforms • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, testing tools, and quality assurance strategies • Participate in agile ceremonies and support quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Reporting to a Technical Lead, this role plays a critical part in supporting the Data Ingestion team and both Business and Technical Product Owners. • Contribute to the expansion and adoption of data products across multiple service lines, products, functions, and delivery teams. • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and ideate opportunities for continuous improvement of data assets and the services provided to data consumers. • Participate in design and development sessions to enhance data asset creation and ingestion pipelines, with a strong focus on stability, performance optimization, and traceability. • Design, develop, test, and maintain data ingestion pipelines and supporting processes. • Build resilient, fault-tolerant, and modular code to ensure data pipelines and services are robust, scalable, and highly available. • Research, evaluate, and implement new tools, methods, and processes to enable the creation of high-quality, enterprise-grade data products and services. • Actively collaborate across teams to ensure seamless transitions between data ingestion, consumption, and activation stages. • Contribute to documentation, reporting, and knowledge sharing to support long-term platform sustainability.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into a clear solution vision and high-level architecture. • Lead design, implementation, and integration activities within large, complex agile programs. • Manage and coordinate globally distributed teams, including development, integration, and QA resources. • Oversee planning, execution, and delivery to ensure project objectives are met. • Provide guidance on best practices for leveraging Digital Experience Platforms. • Apply strong program and project management expertise across multiple delivery methodologies. • Take full accountability for solution delivery, including scope, timeline, and quality. • Proactively identify risks and issues, escalating and resolving them in collaboration with leadership.

• Gather, analyze , and document business and functional requirements for CMS-based applications (e.g., Adobe AEM). • Translate high-level business needs into detailed requirements, epics, and user stories. • Lead discovery, solutioning, and inception phases for digital CMS initiatives. • Collaborate with UX, design, development, and QA teams to ensure aligned delivery. • Support agile ceremonies and ensure requirements are well understood and prioritized. • Work independently to manage deliverables and meet project timelines. • Contribute to problem-solving in complex, fast-paced digital environments.
