• As a Service Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, implementing, testing, and maintaining complex business and computer application software. • You’ll work on sophisticated software implementation projects, partner closely with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements, and ensure high‑quality delivery through thorough testing, troubleshooting, and post‑deployment validation. • This role focuses heavily on Azure-based environments, security engineering, and large-scale systems development.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering or similar roles.
- Strong foundational computer science knowledge, including data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Experience with large-scale systems software design and development.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting and unit testing across both new and legacy environments.
- Strong programming experience with proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
- Azure expertise, especially in:
- Virtual Networking
- Azure Security
- Infrastructure architecture
- Security Engineering and Security Architecture experience.
- PowerShell scripting proficiency.
- Experience with ARM templates for Azure resource deployment.

The Field Service Technician I (FST I) is a company driver responsible for delivering exceptional service while servicing grease traps and used cooking oil bins from restaurants, industrial plants, shopping centers, and convenient stores. During the execution of services, our FST’s are responsible for complying with all DOT, state regulations, and company safety and compliance policies. Compensation: $30/hr ($100,000 to $110,000 annual, first year with OT) Location: "Remote" based out of Indianapolis (no depot!) Truck is parked at a satellite station: 1215 W Thompson Rd, Indianapolis Schedule: 60 to 65hr per week -- Midnight to Noon schedule Monday - Friday and occasional Saturdays Essential Functions - Always work in a safe and compliant manner while driving, performing services or in any way working for or representing the Company. - Make all assigned stops or notify dispatch immediately if a stop is skipped or missed. - FST I maintains DNS (did not service) to a minimum, calls in for add-ons and complete full routes for maximum capacity. - Clean all assigned grease traps/oil-water separators to specifications and to customer specific requirements. - Must use the tablet technology for each service as required by management. - Must gain an adequate understanding and be capable of delivering the grease trap value proposition. - Must be capable of completing sludge judge readings as required by the customer. - Must complete grease trap inspections for each and every service provided. - Must be capable of the safe and proper line jetting of a grease trap or oil-water separator. - The industrial FST must adhere to company policies as it relates to loading non-hazardous materials only. - Must complete a daily pre-trip and post-trip using the electronic DVIR system. - Must collect, fill out and keep in good order all required paperwork each day - Maintain a good driving record for personal and professional driving - Maintain a current valid Class A or B CDL license and a tanker endorsement - Meet and maintain all DOT and Company physical and medical requirements - Complete required safety training. - Available for on-call rotation as needed. - Other duties as assigned. Role Description Gray Construction is looking to add a Site Manager, MEP to their Field Operations Team. This is a field/project based position. - Assist MEP Project Manager in locating and evaluating potential subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers. - Assist in developing scopes of work for review and approval of MEP Project Manager. - Assist in the development of MEP project schedule within the entire construction schedule. - Prepare estimates in areas of MEP self-performed work, and assist in complete project estimate. - Assist in coordination/management of all trades throughout build process. - Assist in selection of qualified bidders and negotiate final prices. - Assist in the preparation of various reports, i.e. cost to complete, monthly billings and status reports. - Review all drawings, i.e. P&IDs, Mechanical, Electrical, Shop, Architectural, Structural, etc. when they are issued to the field and coordinate and maintain a current set at all times. - Assist in pricing work, draft changes and change orders to be reviewed by MEP Project Manager. - Assist in ensuring customer satisfaction with the project. - Coordinate and manage on-site construction activities from pre-start-up to completion. - Schedule work, including subcontractors. - Assist in the productivity and quantity tracking of the subcontractors installed work. - Determine materials, equipment and tools needed. - Secure appropriate supply sources. - Set up and close out construction site. - Serve as on-site Safety Officer when one is not specifically assigned to the project. - Participate in the company’s safety portion of the QMS program. - Responsible for procurement of tools and materials to be delivered at specified times to conform to work schedules. - Confers with and directs supervisory personnel and subcontractors engaged in planning and executing work procedures, interpreting specification, and coordinating various phases of construction to prevent delays. - Consult with supervisory personnel to resolve complaints and grievances within the work force. - Prepare or review reports on progress, materials used and costs, and adjust work schedules as indicated by reports and/or direction from MEP Project Manager. - Establish and maintain high safety and quality standards in accordance to company, industry standard, and job specifications. - Ensure the company QMS program is used and maintained in accordance to company standards. - Generate reports and traceability for continuous improvement. - Responsible for the communication, implementation and enforcement of Gray’s safety program on site. - Other duties may be assigned. Qualifications - Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school AND a minimum of ten (10) years of construction experience OR a minimum 15 years related construction experience with increasing responsibility in lieu of a degree. - Experience within the light/heavy industrial sector highly desired. - Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and problem solving skills. - Must be able to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings, financial reports, and legal/contract documents. - Strong people management skills. - Must possess basic computer skills including the ability to utilize Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.), tablets and smartphones. - MS project and other scheduling software a plus. - Must possess a strong work ethic and be an energetic, self-motivated individual who enjoys a team environment, as well as a passion for collaboration and professional development. - Must possess the ability to think for his/herself and be able to manage without direction having to be given.
