Job Description

Community Coach – Part Time

Alchemy

• Providing structured, group-based coaching to members as they work through PLF Milestones. • Maintaining a consistent daily presence inside the online community (Monday–Friday). • Responding to member questions and posts with timely, supportive, and framework-based guidance. • Leading monthly Success Circles to support accountability, progress, and follow-through. • Facilitating or supporting group coaching calls and structured tactical discussions. • Performing AI-supported reviews of member launch assets using approved tools and checklists. • Delivering weekly community micro-content such as prompts, tips, milestone reminders, or short implementation resources. • Tracking and documenting member progress, call attendance, and notes accurately in the CRM. • Supporting operational processes by following established SOPs, templates, and documentation standards. • Identifying disengagement or stalled progress and escalating appropriately to ensure members feel supported. • Providing coaching and member support during virtual or live events as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • At least two years of coaching experience or experience supporting clients in a coaching, education, or community-based role.
  • Regular interaction with clients or members in previous roles.
  • Experience supporting implementation, accountability, or progress tracking.
  • Basic familiarity with CRM systems and documentation processes.
  • An understanding of online communities and customer experience.
  • Familiarity with Product Launch Formula® principles is preferred.
  • A strong commitment to being a dependable, collaborative team member who brings their A-game each week.
