About Us Nue.io is a fast-growing revenue lifecycle platform that manages the entire quote-to-revenue lifecycle for any revenue model, across multiple channels. We give go-to-market and finance teams the agility to sell and monetize any revenue model, through any channel, with complete and accurate revenue visibility end-to-end. We’re bringing CPQ, Billing, Revenue Lifecycle Management, and Revenue Analytics under one platform, and deeply integrating into the ERP ecosystem so customers can trust that revenue data is correct, compliant, and reconciled. This is a highly cross-functional, hands-on role. You will work closely with engineering, solutions, customer success, and go-to-market teams, as well as directly with customers’ finance and IT stakeholders. Key Responsibilities - Own the ERP Integrations Portfolio - Define the vision, strategy, and success metrics for integrations with NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, Oracle, SAP, and Dynamics. - Maintain a clear, prioritized roadmap balancing new ERP capabilities, performance, reliability, and customer-specific needs. - Customer & Domain Discovery - Partner with customers’ Controllers, Finance, Accounting, and RevOps leaders to understand their ERP configurations and financial close processes. - Synthesize feedback into reusable integration patterns (e.g., how orders, invoices, and revenue schedules should flow between Nue and each ERP). - Integration Design & Delivery - Work with engineering to design robust, secure, and scalable integrations using ERP APIs, native connectors, and middleware where appropriate. - Define clear requirements and detailed use cases for data flows between Nue and ERPs (e.g., customer master data, contracts, subscriptions, invoices, payments, revenue schedules, GL postings). - Ensure integrations handle edge cases such as back-dated changes, mid-term amendments, and proration across ERP posting periods. - Quality, Reliability & Operability - Partner with QA and engineering to define test strategies for ERP integrations, including sandbox testing, regression suites, and customer-specific configurations. - Drive observability and alerting for ERP syncs (e.g., failures, mismatches, and latency issues) and ensure graceful recovery patterns. - Internal & External Enablement - Create solution blueprints, configuration guides, and best practices for each ERP. - Enable Sales, Customer Success, and Implementation teams to position and deploy ERP integrations confidently. - Contribute to documentation that explains how Nue and each ERP work together in typical customer architectures. Required Skills and Experience - 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 3+ years directly focused on ERP integrations or ERP-centric products. - 5+ in-depth and hands-on experience with at least two of the following: - NetSuite - Workday - QuickBooks (Online or Enterprise) - Sage Intacct - Oracle (E-Business Suite or Fusion/Cloud ERP) - SAP (ECC or S/4HANA) - Microsoft Dynamics (e.g., D365 Finance & Operations, Business Central) - Strong understanding of finance and accounting workflows as implemented in ERPs, including: - Order-to-cash - Invoicing and payments - Revenue recognition and deferrals - General ledger structures (chart of accounts, dimensions, segments) - Demonstrated ability to write clear, detailed product requirements and partner effectively with engineering on technical integration work (APIs, authentication, data models, error handling). - Proven track record of working directly with enterprise customers to understand complex ERP configurations and designing scalable, productized solutions. - Excellent communication skills; able to translate between finance, business, and engineering stakeholders. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with high ownership and ambiguity.
