Role Description The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for managing multiple initiatives and teams to help drive strategic projects related to Technology and eCommerce systems. - Schedule: Primary schedule will be 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday, or similar. - Location: Remote (must reside in CA, AZ, TX, OH, NJ, or FL) - Salary Range: $140,000 - $160,000/annually - dependent on experience and qualifications. Duties and Responsibilities - Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project schedules and set milestones while working closely with involved departments. - Communicate effectively with various departments and staff at all levels to keep the company apprised of project status. - Proactively identify and address project interdependencies, resource management, risks, and issues. - Ability to build and maintain higher-level program plans that roll up other detailed projects plans. - Apply agile project management techniques, methods, and tools to ensure project success. - Manage multiple, often large, projects of different priorities that may have multiple business dependencies. - Manage project schedule, budget, scope, resources, and deadlines often with business prioritization changes. - Coach, motivate, lead, and supervise project team members while acting as a central point of communication. - Manage the prioritization and work assignments for associated team members. - Facilitate project meetings and manage project expectations. - Identify opportunities for and contribute to project management process improvements. - Break projects into doable actions and coordinate with the team regularly for status updates. - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. - 10+ years of project management experience. - Experience using Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent project management software. - Strong MS Office skills including MS Project, Excel & PowerPoint. - Experience leading projects with remote teams across various time zones. - Experience with Jira and/or Confluence. - Experience in e-commerce, management consulting, or related field a plus. Manage multiple remodel construction projects of existing franchisee or corporate-owned assets across multiple brands.
