Overview Job Description: Specialized Dental Partners is seeking highly skilled Systems Engineer (Clinical & Enterprise Systems Platform Owner) to own, operate, and evolve our clinical and our imaging ecosystem. This role is responsible for end-to-end ownership of clinical systems, web-based applications, and supporting Microsoft platforms as standardized, secure, and scalable service products. The Systems Engineer ensures that mission-critical clinical applications remain reliable, secure, and well-integrated with identity, infrastructure, and endpoint platforms. This is a hands-on engineering role with clear product accountability, not just a ticket-focused position. This position is primarily remote with travel required as needed. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Clinical Systems Platform Shared Ownership - Own clinical systems as service products, including EMR/PMS and Imaging (2D & 3D) - Partner with clinical stakeholders to ensure systems meet operational and care-delivery needs - Oversee configuration, upgrades, integrations, and vendor coordination - Establish success metrics for clinical systems (availability, performance, usability, data integrity) - Serve as the single point of accountability for clinical system outcomes and customer experiences Web Application & SaaS Management: - Own web-based applications and SaaS platforms used across clinical and administrative workflows - Manage access control, role design, and SSO integrations - Coordinate vendor support, escalations, and roadmap discussions - Ensure consistent onboarding, offboarding, and permission models Microsoft Systems Integration: - Provide advanced support and integration across Microsoft platforms (M365, Entra ID, Windows) - Align clinical and web systems with identity, access, and device management standards - Support Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and related services as they intersect with clinical workflows - Partner with Microsoft Administrators on tenant-wide standards and automation Automation, Standardization, and Documentation: - Treat automation as a first-class platform feature - Build scripts and workflows for provisioning, access management, and reporting - Reduce system variance through standards and documented configurations - Own systems documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational runbooks Security, Compliance, and Reliability: - Ensure clinical and web systems meet security and compliance expectations (HIPAA-aligned) - Support audits, access reviews, and incident investigations - Embed security principles into system configuration and vendor integrations - Participate in incident response for clinical-impacting outages Qualifications Required Qualifications: - 6+ years experience in a technology role - 3+ years of systems engineering experience in healthcare environments - 2+ years of experience working directly with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) or Practice Management Software (PMS) systems (example: Dentrix, Endovision, The Dental Office (TDO), McKesson, Cerner) - 3+ years in communication-centric business role - 2+ years focused on automation creation Preferred Skills: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - Strong direct ownership and responsibility for client experience - Intune, Defender, and integrations - API integrations and SSO (SAML/OIDC) - Vendor-hosted SaaS application management - Documentation, standard setting, and lifecycle ownership - Proven ability to communicate technical decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders - System buildout experience in new developments around clinical enterprise - Web application control, management, and vendor coordination - Experience with web application control, management, and vendor coordination Specialized Dental Partners, its affiliates, related companies and independently owned supported clinical practices are proud to be Equal Opportunity Employers. The salary range for this role is $95,000 - $125,000 per year. • Support the AFRL (Airforce Research Laboratory) in Rome, New York and other DoD and Performer locations across the country • Review, validate, and document approaches enabling revolutionary advances in design, engineering, testing, and evaluation in the domain of fault-tolerant quantum computing • Explore computational workflows that include quantum computing procedures • Determine if any emerging approaches to quantum computing can achieve industrially useful operation exponentially faster than conventional predictions • Perform tasks to identify, select, capture, evaluate, and document the metrics and approaches that DARPA’s commercial Performers are developing and applying to build fault-tolerant, utility-scale quantum computers (USQC) • Generate and execute plans to assess the timeline, performance and operation metrics, and plausibility of each Performer’s technology • Verify a Performer’s ability to build a USQC that operates as intended, and document, report, and justify the findings • Rapidly digest large quantities of complex Performer-specific technical details, perform relevant independent evaluations, and generate standardized Government artifacts summarizing independent assessments • Evaluate quantum computing architectures, devices, algorithms, and applications including utility and maturity • Identify Performer subsystems and components required to successfully design and construct the system • Discover, develop, implement, execute, evaluate, analyze, articulate, and justify models and simulations at the component, subsystem, and system levels • Assess DARPA and Performer requirements; capture and document the level of maturity of these elements • Identify, assess, and capture design, development, and integration risk • Identify the Performer’s interface approach and review any existing information

• By joining us as a system analyst, you will be part of our hybrid DT team based in Connecticut , which focuses on delivering IT solutions for the Operations, particularly for the production, assembly & test and plant maintenance organizations. • The ideal candidate will be an experienced, highly motivated and mission-driven individual who will engage directly with the operations organization to understand customer requirements, identify, and develop solutions that meet or exceed customers’ expectations. • This position requires partnership with a cross functional Digital Technology team, 3rd party software vendors, partners and subject matter experts to develop and execute integrated solutions. • The individual will leverage a strong technical background to propose solutions, troubleshoot complex issues and propose innovative solutions that leverage best practices and technologies within the company’s application processes and architecture. • Work with business stakeholders and other functional areas to define process opportunities for Operations Systems that streamline business processes, promote best practices and drive business benefits. • Perform technical and functional problem solving and ensure integration with other solutions/applications. • Participate in the SAP S/4 Hana digital transformation for the Plan to Sustain workstream. • Document business requirements and translate them into specification documents that result in solutions that meet or exceed the defined business requirements. • Work in cross functional teams to provide seamless integration between Operations and other enterprise applications. • Lead/participate in ERP related projects and ensure stakeholder alignment around the vision, scope, schedule and budget for the digital solution. • Identify, evaluate, and implement continuous business improvement opportunities enabled by standard application configurations to promote best practices and drive business benefits. • Provide knowledge transfer to post go-live support teams. • Available and able to travel based on business/project needs.

• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers • Manage SSO integrations, MFA policies with Okta • Engineer and maintain the Jamf Pro environment • Administer the Microsoft 365 stack including Exchange Online and SharePoint • Collaborate with the Security team for compliance and audits • Provide helpdesk support when needed
