Director of Content – Creative

Aledade, Inc.

• Lead and elevate our high-performing strategic content team, enabling them to drive organizational growth through strategic vision and execution excellence • Directly manage 4 strategic content professionals, providing mentorship, career development, and performance management • Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and goal-setting sessions with each direct report • Guide team strategic direction and provide final approval on major initiatives while empowering team members to own creative vision and content strategy execution • Remove organizational barriers and secure resources needed for team success • Lead team meetings, facilitate strategic planning sessions, and ensure optimal team collaboration • Protect team focus and creative autonomy while facilitating cross-functional partnerships • Enable team collaboration with sales leadership to create conversion-focused content that drives deal progression • Guide content performance analysis and optimization strategies to improve messaging effectiveness and ROI • Oversee strategic partnerships with external agencies, establishing quality standards for tactical content production • Guide AI tool implementation and process scaling while maintaining team ownership of creative decisions

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; 12+ years B2B copywriting and content strategy experience with proven track record of managing and developing high-performing creative teams
  • Minimum 5+ years direct people management experience leading 3-6 person creative teams and enabling strategic content success
  • Deep understanding of complex B2B sales cycles and how strategic content impacts demand generation and conversion at each stage
  • Strong analytical skills and proven experience building scalable creative operations with external agencies while maintaining quality standards
  • Executive presence and ability to influence senior leadership while advocating for team needs and strategic priorities
  • Proven experience transitioning high-performing teams to next-level strategic impact while maintaining existing momentum and team satisfaction
  • Healthcare, B2B SaaS, or complex services industry experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and sales enablement tools
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles, prospect journey optimization, and Agile methodology for creative team leadership and development
  • Sitting for prolonged periods of time. Extensive use of computers and keyboard. Occasional walking and lifting may be required.
