Global Education Content Consultant
ILIA Beauty
• Lead the development of launch-ready education materials across global markets, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and retailer relevance. • Create shade matching tools, undertone guidance, and comparison charts tailored for in-store and digital education environments. • Develop retailer-specific training documents, including sell-in guides, quick reference tools, and certification materials. • Build LMS modules, certification quizzes, and assessment content aligned to retailer education standards. • Partner with Creative and Marketing teams to write educational video scripts, application walkthroughs, and product storytelling content. • Write clear, expert-level product education scripts covering application techniques, shade guidance, and key selling points. • Develop retailer-facing FAQs, objection handling, and troubleshooting guides. • Create social-first and video-forward education content that supports both retail and brand-owned channels. • Ensure all education materials reflect ILIA’s clean beauty positioning, inclusive shade philosophy, and prestige standards. • Independently manage education timelines and deliverables across multiple launches and initiatives. • Coordinate with external vendors (video production, graphic design, LMS partners) to execute education assets on schedule. • Maintain and organize the global education asset library and digital training resources.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in beauty education, global training, or education content development for prestige beauty brands.
- Prior examples of work or portfolio are required to be considered for this position.
- Proven track record creating retailer-ready education materials for partners such as Sephora and ULTA.
- Deep understanding of makeup artistry, application techniques, shade matching, and complexion education.
- Exceptional writing skills with the ability to translate complex product information into clear, compelling education.
- Hands-on experience with LMS platforms, training certifications, and digital education tools.
- Highly autonomous working style with the ability to execute quickly, manage priorities, and problem-solve independently.

As a Team Lead, Remediation, you will be a hands-on technical leader responsible for driving high-quality cloud security investigations and remediation outcomes for Tamnoon customers. This role is built for a principal-level practitioner who thrives in ambiguity, can dive deep into cloud environments, and knows how to guide both customers and teammates through complex remediation decisions. You’ll spend the majority of your time investigating findings, validating remediation paths, supporting customer escalations, and setting the technical bar for the team. You’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, and sales teams to ensure Tamnoon’s remediation logic is practical, scalable, and rooted in real-world cloud security challenges.
• Review and discover new content as assigned by the Project Manager. • Utilize internal management tools to classify and assign content into a product-specific content repository and database. • Record and maintain all relevant information in structured spreadsheets. • Review and analyze lists of data provided by the Project Manager for a variety of project purposes. • Identify inconsistencies or anomalies in data and flag or resolve them as appropriate. • Review videos or other data related to the application to assess content quality and identify data issues. • Apply fixes within internal tools or spreadsheets, or report unresolved issues for escalation. • Ensure alignment with internal content standards and data accuracy expectations. • Conduct quality checks on each type of completed work across all team members to ensure compliance and consistency. • Use agreed-upon quality forms and scoring methodologies to evaluate accuracy and completeness. • Maintain records of QA results and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
