Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Administration, Communications, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience as a product operations manager and/or scrum master and/or customer experience manager for a SaaS product
- Experience working across cross-functional teams
- Experience with Agile Development methodology and testing methodologies
- Govtech experience preferred, but not required
- Experience with project management, product analytics and AI tools is a plus
- Proficiency in creating and enforcing business processes
- Demonstrated ability to balance multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
