Job Summary The Customer Service & Business Development Specialist (BDR) is a dual-focus role responsible for ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction while actively driving revenue growth through proactive business development activities. This position serves as the primary point of contact for routine customer service inquiries and is essential in executing targeted outbound campaigns to generate qualified sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities A. Customer Service Center (CSC) Functions - Service Resolution: Manage inbound calls and emails to address customer service requests, issues, and inquiries efficiently and accurately. - Account Maintenance: Process routine customer account updates, service requests, payment inquiries, and ensure documentation complies with internal SOPs. - Problem Escalation: Triage and escalate complex customer issues and complaints to the appropriate Operations or Accounts Receivable (AR) management teams. - Data Integrity: Maintain precise and concise notes within the CRM/Aspire system for all customer interactions. B. Business Development Representative (BDR) Functions 1. Outbound BDR (Prospecting) - Execute targeted outbound calling and emailing sequences into designated regions or account lists to generate new sales opportunities. - Conduct basic market research to identify and target key decision-makers and organizational structures. 2. Inbound BDR (Qualification) - Promptly respond to and qualify all inbound leads generated through marketing channels (MQLs) and website inquiries to confirm they meet sales acceptance criteria. - Sales Handoff: Accurately transition all qualified leads (SQLs) to the appropriate Account Executive, maintaining meticulous records in the CRM to ensure pipeline integrity.
