To achieve this, we need to make sure that our technology isn’t just in the hands of big brands - we need to try to help small businesses and creative individuals too. We are looking for a GenAI Creative Director with a strong background in enterprise advertising to lead creative delivery using the Pencil platform and modern GenAI workflows. This role goes beyond generating content. The GenAI Creative Director will design and lead agentic and nodal creative workflows that connect insights, concepts, and outputs into scalable systems. Using custom agents and structured workflows, you will help enterprise brands move from idea to execution with speed, consistency, and strategic clarity. You will work closely with Creative Producers, Creative Strategists, Customer Success teams, and clients to understand marketing challenges and translate them into effective GenAI-enabled creative systems.
