The Member Outreach Representative directly initiates outbound member outreach and education calls as well as receives inbound calls, following presentation scripts, and capturing health assessment and other member data as directed, using automated database. Assist with finding providers, scheduling appointments and connecting with case management. Probes for understanding of plan benefits and rules and assesses for barriers to access or compliance.
