Vaccine Account Manager

Pfizer

• Collaborate with Pfizer partners to grow appropriate vaccine use • Identify opportunities to enhance immunization practices and access • Develop and manage productive relationships with decision-makers • Conduct need assessments to deliver compliant solutions • Negotiate and manage contracts with healthcare organizations • Execute marketing programs across customer segments • Stay current with healthcare environment changes

Job Requirements

  • BS/BA Degree Required, Master’s degree preferred
  • 5-10 years of previous pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical marketing/sales experience
  • Prior team management and/or account management preferred
  • Experience with contract negotiation and advancing account strategies
  • Demonstrated advanced negotiation skills
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent planning and prioritization skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office - Excel, PowerPoint, Word, & Outlook
