Work with clients to gather requirements, design optimized solutions, document proposals, build solutions using a wide variety of technology and tools such as BluePrism, Azure, ServiceNow, Confluence, Jira, and Truesight Orchestration. Analyze data to re-engineer process and manage implementation plans for those, which majorly contribute to the effective team operations and client satisfaction. Spearhead communications with clients and managers to identify key performance indicators for process enhancement along with creating PDD and SDD documents. Telecommuting permitted – work may be performed from anywhere in the US.
