Review and approve marketing budgets, facility expenses, and staffing costs for the division. Strategic Recruitment: Strong "headhunting" and networking skills to attract top-tier talent in a competitive market. Conflict Resolution: Ability to navigate complex corporate, personnel, and investor-related challenges with professional diplomacy. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for presenting financial results and strategic initiatives to executive stakeholders.
