Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in web design, digital design, or a related creative field
- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital marketing, campaign, or web design work
- Proficiency with Figma and modern digital design tools
- Experience using AI-powered creative tools for image generation, design workflows, or multimedia production
- Ability to communicate design ideas clearly to both creative and non-technical stakeholders
- Knowledge of digital marketing design principles and brand consistency across multiple channels
- Experience working with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum

Position Overview The Graphic and Website Designer is a fast pace position responsible for creating visually compelling materials that bring SisterSong’s mission, campaigns, and events to life. Reporting to the Communications & Digital Strategy Manager, this role requires strong design skills, artistic creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects throughout the year some small and quick-turnaround, others large and high-profile. This position is rooted in collaboration and teamwork. The Graphic and Website Designer will be an essential part of SisterSong’s communications team, working closely with the Communications & Digital Strategy Manager and other team members to ensure our vision is realized. While taking direction to maintain alignment, the designer will also contribute their design perspective to strengthen and elevate the team’s collective work. Projects may range from social media graphics, booth designs, and event materials to website assets and email headers that support our outreach.
