Job Description

Principal Solution Architect

Pluribus Digital

• Lead architectural design and technical strategy for large-scale digital services and enterprise data platforms • Architect modern data warehouse and analytics platforms supporting large, complex datasets • Provide technical leadership across engineering teams to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable system architectures • Guide the development of cloud-native architectures using modern infrastructure and platform services • Translate business and mission needs into architectural patterns and technical implementation strategies • Lead the architecture of large data warehouse solutions, including ingestion, transformation, storage, and analytics layers • Organize and guide the technical execution of Agile Analytics initiatives • Mentor engineers and architects across teams to promote best practices in software engineering, data architecture, and cloud development • Collaborate with product managers, program managers, and stakeholders to align architecture with mission outcomes • Ensure adherence to security, privacy, and compliance standards across all solutions • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend tools that improve platform capabilities and delivery efficiency • Support proposal development, technical strategy, and solutioning for new initiatives

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • 10+ years of experience leading architectural design of a large data warehouse
  • Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale cloud and data architectures
  • Knowledge of and ability to organize technical execution of Agile Analytics initiatives, demonstrated through professional experience
  • Experience leading architectural strategy across cross-functional engineering teams
  • Strong expertise in data architecture, analytics platforms, and distributed data systems
  • Experience designing secure, scalable solutions in cloud environments
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience defining and enforcing application and cloud data security across the lifecycle
