• Manage the end-to-end email marketing process, including scheduling, segmentation, copywriting coordination, design coordination, testing, and deployment. • Build and execute nurture programs that engage prospects, accelerate funnel progression, and support retention and expansion initiatives. • Partner with Revenue Operations to maintain and segment email lists, ensuring accurate targeting and clean data. • Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions, unsubscribes, etc.) to identify trends and areas for improvement. • Conduct A/B testing to optimize subject lines, send times, design elements, and content for maximum impact. • Ensure email deliverability best practices, compliance with privacy regulations, and proper use of tracking and automation tools. • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance engagement and overall marketing ROI. • Stay current on email marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to continually evolve Modern Campus’s approach. • Partner with content and design teams to ensure strong visual identity and messaging alignment across all campaigns. • Support broader marketing programs and campaigns with email components that amplify reach and drive conversions.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B email marketing; SaaS experience strongly preferred.
- Proven success developing and executing multi-touch email campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into action.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills tailored to professional and higher education audiences.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
- Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
