Lifecycle Marketing Specialist Location: Remote in the US Compensation: $65k Robbins Research International, led by Tony Robbins, is the global leader in personal development and peak performance strategy. The Lifecycle Marketing Specialist owns the post-purchase communication journey for our largest live and virtual events. From enrollment to event day, this role ensures every client is informed, prepared, and fully engaged. This is not a basic email marketing role. The Lifecycle Marketing Specialist designs and manages multi-channel communication campaigns spanning 100+ days, multiple audience segments, and thousands of participants. You will coordinate across Sales, Marketing, Creative, IT, Logistics, and Client Services while managing 4–6 concurrent event campaigns. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker who thrives in structured complexity, moves with urgency, and maintains precision under pressure. They operate with a giver’s heart—deeply aligned with our mission of transformation—and take ownership of the client experience long before the event begins. RESPONSIBILITIES Campaign Strategy & Lifecycle Management - Design and execute multi-phase communication strategies across email, SMS, messaging platforms, and client portals. - Build advanced audience segmentation based on purchase behavior, source, timing, and engagement history. - Develop structured communication “flight plans” that guide clients from enrollment to attendance. - Implement dynamic messaging logic and suppression rules to increase engagement while preventing over-communication. - Ensure all messaging reflects Tony Robbins brand standards and transformational impact. Campaign Execution & Project Management - Manage 4–6 concurrent event campaigns with competing deadlines and complex dependencies. - Build, QA-test, schedule, and monitor workflows in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or similar platforms. - Track approvals, timelines, and deliverables using systems such as Asana and Slack. - Oversee translation and localization workflows when required. - Anticipate bottlenecks and adjust timelines proactively to meet event deadlines. Cross-Functional Leadership - Serve as the operational hub between Sales, Marketing, Creative, IT, Logistics, and Client Service teams. - Create detailed project briefs outlining messaging objectives, audience segments, and calls to action. - Manage stakeholder approvals while maintaining clarity and forward momentum. - Ensure alignment between communication strategy and operational realities. Data & Optimization - Analyze performance metrics including open rates, click-through rates, scheduling conversions, and attendance trends. - Identify patterns and refine segmentation and cadence to improve results. - Contribute to reducing client service tickets through proactive communication strategy. - Continuously optimize workflows to increase efficiency and engagement. Process & Systems Improvement - Document best practices and build scalable communication systems. - Support enhancements to CRM and automation tools. - Improve operational precision across campaigns. The opportunityWe are looking for an Email & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our User Growth team. The purpose of this role is to own our acquisition messaging channels end-to-end. This is a high-impact individual contributor sitting within our D2C user acquisition engine, reporting to the Head of User Growth. You’ll be responsible for the strategy, operations, and execution of email, push, in-app messaging, and SMS that generate end user enrolments onto our VPP platform. The role is acquisition-focused, you’ll own our messaging channels through the point of new user conversion. You're an email marketing expert who knows your way around push, IAM, and SMS — equally comfortable in the weeds of multi-touch campaign orchestration and zooming out to shape a strategic roadmap. You bring structure, lean into the data, and know how to turn insights into better-performing strategies and tactics. Partnering with our Driver Experience product team, who lead user retention and engagement, you will also be responsible for deploying our proven in-life communications framework for new program launches. Experience: 5+ years in email, lifecycle or CRM marketing roles. Location & how we work The majority of people at ev.energy works on a fully remote basis, with a small number of roles based on-site in our testing sites. This role is fully remote in the US. We balance our remote set up by getting everyone together once a year for an offsite, as we know that spending time together IRL is super important.
