Your Mission AfterShip is hiring a Head of Omnichannel GTM to lead one of our highest-priority growth initiatives by finding product-market fit, building a scalable go-to-market motion, and driving revenue growth for our Omnichannel product. This role will lead a small, agile team and work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Support, Partnerships, and Solutions Architects to drive adoption, strengthen ecosystem partnerships, and translate market insights into product improvements. The role also owns the GTM relationship with TikTok Shop and other emerging commerce channels, ensuring AfterShip remains a leading ecosystem partner. This is a North America-based remote role that collaborates with global teams across North America, Europe, and Asia. What You’ll Do - Define the ideal customer profile (ICP), buyer personas, and core use cases for the Omnichannel product. - Build and execute a repeatable go-to-market motion from pipeline generation through deal close and expansion. - Own and drive Omnichannel revenue targets in partnership with Sales leadership. - Support strategic customer opportunities and develop cross-sell and expansion plays across AfterShip’s product suite. - Establish clear KPIs, operating cadence, and performance tracking for the Omnichannel business. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Support, Enablement, Partnerships, and Solutions Architects to execute growth initiatives. - Create structured field-to-product feedback loops to influence roadmap priorities and improve product scalability. - Serve as the GTM lead for the TikTok Shop partnership and strengthen AfterShip’s position within the commerce ecosystem. - Identify market opportunities, competitive risks, and churn signals to proactively guide strategy. - Lead and develop a small Omnichannel team, setting clear goals tied to revenue growth and product-market fit. Who We're Looking For - 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS go-to-market, partnerships, or growth roles, ideally in eCommerce or platform ecosystems. - Proven experience launching new products or business lines and building scalable revenue motions. - Strong business acumen with experience in pipeline analysis, forecasting, and data-driven decision making. - Comfortable working closely with technical teams and discussing integrations, APIs, and ecommerce workflows. - Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and align stakeholders across multiple teams. - Excellent communication skills and executive presence with the ability to influence internal and external partners. - Strategic thinker who can balance long-term vision with hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment. - Experience working in remote, globally distributed SaaS teams. - Mandarin language proficiency required to support ecosystem partnerships and cross-regional collaboration.
