• Design and maintain the infrastructure required for multi-agent orchestration, ensuring that internal AI agents can securely interact with Reddit’s SaaS stack (Google Workspace, Jira, Slack) • Lead the deployment of AI-enabling infrastructure using Terraform and CI/CD patterns, treating system prompts, model parameters, and agent logic as version-controlled code. • Establish the standard for Non-Human Identity Management, ensuring every AI agent operates under a specific service identity with scoped permissions (RBAC) and loggable interactions • Implement automated LLM guardrails across internal corporate data sources and AI interface points • Secure and curate the catalog of internal MCP servers, preventing prompt injection attacks and ensuring secure execution environments for autonomous tasks. • Manage the "AI Unit Economics" for Corporate Engineering, implementing strategies for visibility into token consumption and spend across multiple platforms. • Collaborate closely with Security Engineering, Legal, Privacy, and Support teams when evaluating software and during technical design phases. • Find and implement internal process and automation enhancements. • Serve as an escalation point for the global Corporate Engineering support operations team. • Help grow and mentor the global Corporate Engineering team. • Independently own and drive multiple projects and deliverables for the team. • Take part in evaluating, recruiting, hiring, and developing team members.
Job Requirements
- 7+ Years in Systems/Security Engineering: Significant experience in IT, Corporate Engineering, Security, or Systems Administration
- Hands-on experience building or managing multi-agent systems using frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, or Semantic Kernel, or equivalent deployment of Enterprise Grade Agentic Platforms (e.g. from OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, etc.)
- Deep expertise in identity protocols (OIDC/SAML/OAuth) with a specific focus on securing autonomous service identities—ensuring agents have scoped, temporary, and auditable access to SaaS environments.
- Proven ability to design and implement microservices, manage APIs, and build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), all while adhering to industry-standard testing methods.
- Experience implementing access policies via platforms like Cloudflare One or Zscaler to manage how AI traffic moves between internal networks and third-party model providers, as well as SaaS data connections
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for mentoring and guiding junior engineers.
- Experience communicating with third-party vendors to manage expectations and relationships.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences and a collaborative mindset, effectively driving technical and strategic goals across different teams.
- Ability to participate in an on-call rotation that includes after-hours and weekend support.

Role Description AECOM is actively seeking a highly motivated Data Center Control System Designer to join our Buildings and Places (B+P) group in our Arlington, VA office; however, this position can be fully Remote. This position will design state-of-the-art automation and SCADA systems for mechanical and electrical systems for complex data center and mission critical infrastructure projects across the globe. This position offers the flexibility of a remote work schedule and can be based from a variety of locations in the US where AECOM has an office. Although the position is primarily remote, periodic travel may be required for client meetings, key project milestones, onsite collaboration sessions, or other business-critical activities. Travel is expected to be occasional and scheduled in advance. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with our teams around the world on high-profile, fast-paced data center projects for global clients.
