Affiliate Manager
ONE
• Manage and grow affiliate partnerships to drive acquisition, engagement, and profitable performance • Source, pitch, and onboard new partners through proactive market outreach and relationship-building • Oversee budget, forecasting, and creative execution—optimizing campaigns for ROI and compliance • Analyze performance data to identify trends, resolve issues, and inform strategy improvements • Own creative updates, testing, and compliance reviews to ensure high-performing, audit-ready campaigns • Collaborate cross-functionally to align affiliate initiatives with company marketing and product goals
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of affiliate and/or influencer marketing experience with proven performance results
- Expertise managing platforms such as Impact, Commission Junction, or Rakuten
- Strong analytical and creative skills; able to interpret data and optimize messaging
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills across teams and partners
- Experience in fintech, financial services, or other regulated industries a plus
- Drive and proactivity – everyone here is a builder and executor

Strategic Partner Lead – OEM, Neoclouds

• Build strategic partnership plans and executive relationships: • Identify and develop revenue generating strategic partnerships with OEMs like Dell, HPE, Cisco and neoclouds like CoreWeave, Lambda, Nebius, and others. • Negotiate or enhance partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring they are mutually beneficial and align with our company's interests. • Develop differentiated offerings to take Mistral product and model offerings to market with OEM and neocloud partners. • Develop and execute global and regional strategic plans to drive pipeline and co-selling activities with OEMs and Neoclouds. • Own end-to-end partnership responsibilities including financial business outcomes, co-sell, technical integrations, joint marketing campaigns, governance and reporting, and executive engagement strategy. • Execute OEM and neocloud GTM plans to drive results: • Execute strategic partnership plans to achieve pipeline and revenue results as a critical part of the US GTM team. • Serve as a point of escalation to help resolve field conflicts using your network of key contacts from OEM and neocloud partners and your knowledge of each partner’s strategic priorities. • Lead the development and communication of the partnership performance analysis, including financial performance, agreed upon metrics, and key insights. • Provide enablement and support to strategic partners to ensure they are effectively promoting and selling our products or services. • Company builder and collaborator: • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of partnership initiatives. • Work with Mistral engineering and products team to help advance the customer experience for Mistral’s models and tools on OEM and Neocloud technology, including defining new routes to market with OEM partners. • Develop a strong collaboration with Mistral’s GTM team to help drive pipeline and help advance opportunities to closure. • Align Mistral, OEM and neocloud partner regional sales teams with Mistral’s sales counterparts and facilitate a regular MBR cadence.
