Program Eligibility: - Currently enrolled at an accredited two or four-year college/university in the United States, pursuing an undergraduate, graduate and/or law degree - Graduating between Spring 2026 - Fall 2028 - Have access to housing and transportation within the designated city (We do not offer housing or transportation accommodations) - Legally authorized to work in the United States and will not require sponsorship for employment visa status, now or in the future (e.g., H1-B, OPT, etc.) - Commit to 20 - 40 hours per week (based on individual business area) 2026 Summer Internship Program Dates: June 8th, 2026- August 14th, 2026 Data & Analytics - Global eCommerce & Audience Analytics/Reporting (Remote): How You’ll CREATE: Our team manages a variety of eCommerce and marketing reporting products, tools, and dashboards for a variety of business users. Our mission is to build compelling reports to drive meaningful action across our varied list of central teams and labels, and partner with other relevant teams (tech, data science, etc.) to find opportunities to enhance our capabilities and empower teams to make more data-informed decisions. - Serve a key role in the development of various reporting products/dashboards, helping to craft the technical approach and deliverable aligned with business objectives - Foster relationships with other labels, marketing, eCommerce, and operations teams to gather, scrutinize, and document business requirements - Design advanced, compelling, actionable data visualizations for a variety of different stakeholder groups - Help drive enterprise-wide product engagement and adoption via regular data QA and troubleshooting - Leverage your data-oriented mindset, instincts, and curiosity to identify the signals, trends and meaningful information from an array of datasets - Actively innovate and enhance our suite of tools to maintain a best-in-class service offering Ideal candidates will have: - Minimum 2-3 years of direct experience in data analytics/reporting - Strong proficiency in SQL with proven ability to write complex queries to analyze data - Experience in customizing and managing BI tool frontend environments (Looker is a huge plus) - Ability to craft actionable and compelling stories from large/disparate datasets and make complex concepts/analysis easy to understand - Be a critical thinker who values the importance of always putting data into the appropriate context - Must love music!
