Implementation Consultant – POS, Cashless
Transact Campus
• This role is a part of our Global Services team • Responsible for implementing campus card solutions for commerce and security around the world • Participating as a technical team member in the implementation of the Quickcharge cashless payment and point of sale solution • Managing installation, configuration, training and client support • Delivering on-site or remote installation and go-live support for clients • Delivering expert training and consultative services to provide optimal system functionality • Assisting the Project Management team with the coordination of hardware shipment • Configuration of interfaces with 3rd party HR and Payroll systems • Configuration of Point-of-Sale devices, menus and related features • Working with credit card gateways to configure POS devices for credit card processing • Complying with PCI compliance standards during installation of credit card integrations • Working with 3rd party vendors to complete project deliverables • Troubleshooting of both hardware and software related issues • Can travel up to 25% domestically • Can lift up to 50 pounds and use hand tools • Can bend, kneel or twist to complete hardware installation
Job Requirements
- Has a degree or certificate in a technical or IT concentration
- Can learn and master new and existing Transact service offerings
- Has a knowledge of MS Office and other MS products
- Has strong interpersonal skills with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Is extremely detail-oriented and driven
- Is client-focused
- A background with retail Point-of-Sale or Cashless systems is a plus
- Experience working in large healthcare or business clients is a plus
- SQL database and SSO authentication experience is a plus
- Experience working in a client technical support role is a plus
- Familiarity with PCI Compliance standards is beneficial
- Experience with inventory tracking and management is a plus

• Support customers through activation and early adoption of IN-Gauge • Act as the primary customer contact during implementation and early adoption • Lead regular customer check-ins (weekly, biweekly, then quarterly as adoption matures) • Provide an extra level of support to newly activated customers • Ensure customers understand how IN-Gauge supports ROI, performance improvement, and frontline outcomes • Deliver application training and feature walkthroughs to customer teams • Track training completion and adoption milestones • Monitor early product usage and engagement • Gather customer feedback on usability, features, and opportunities for improvement • Document implementation progress, adoption status, and key customer goals
• Manage onboarding process for newly-signed CRIO clients • Evaluate product / feature use, and coordinate engagement through structured onboarding process • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize and iterate all aspects of the customer experience through implementation while focusing on pain points/use cases discovered in the sales process • Schedule, host, and execute full onboarding projects and run ‘live’ (remote) trainings • Learn, shadow, and expand product knowledge set through internal resources, Support engagement shadowing, and self-acquisition of industry knowledge.
• Take part in the implementation of an in-house payroll platform for Spanish clients, in collaboration with relevant CloudPay departments • Reconcile pre-processing reports to ensure accuracy and completeness of payroll data • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payroll information and documentation, ensuring compliance with Spanish payroll legislation • Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation to support internal processes and external audits • Analyze payroll data to ensure correct calculation and distribution of salaries, deductions, and statutory contributions • Prepare payroll-related reports, tax filings, and correspondence in accordance with Spanish legal requirements • Input and validate data in line with current Spanish labor laws and procedures • Support the setup and configuration of client payrolls by ensuring complete and accurate data collection • Collaborate with Transition Consultants to ensure a smooth handover from project delivery to operations • Assist with testing and validation during parallel runs or new implementations • Support software release testing by validating new payroll functionality
