Site Development Manager – Contract

• Managing and overseeing our contract installation service providers, including: contractor sourcing qualifying, contracting contractors • Ongoing supplier management, including regular periodic meetings to discuss process improvements and options to cost reduce • Ensuring compliance with insurance and licensing requirements • Validating tower owner approval for the contractor to work on their properties • Project quoting • Knowledge of electrical requirements for each site according to the design • Coordinating work schedules between each contractor, Site Acq and Pano Project Managers for install and maintenance services, • Verifying site project close out is complete • Managing scope change • Evaluating final pricing • Close out package assessment • Completion of As Builts • Site feasibility analysis for construction and design • Liaise with contractors to resolve project issues • Prepare and present contractor activity, cost summaries and reports to management and stakeholders • Development, implementation and maintenance of contractor administration policies and procedures. • Stay informed about market trends and best practices in contract labor as it pertains to Pano.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business or experience in a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in contract labor management, construction or a related field, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
- Strong understanding of contract labor terms, financial terms, and legal concepts related to contract labor.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on negotiation, problem-solving and coordinating activities with multiple company and outside resources.
