Job Requirements

  • 5–10+ years in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, Sustainability Consulting, or commercial real estate technology
  • Deep familiarity with commercial real estate ownership and asset management workflows
  • Strong understanding of sustainability reporting, decarbonization strategy, or building performance regulations across the US and Europe
  • Experience supporting or leading complex RFP responses
  • Technical fluency with APIs, data integration, technical infrastructure, AI, business intelligence tools, and SaaS platforms
  • Ability to speak fluently with sustainability leaders, CFOs, asset managers, and IT stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication skills and executive presence
